Ok, so here is the story as of now. On Sunday June 26th I became panicked and decided that we absolutely had to go to the hospital for a NST, I couldn't wait until my scheduled appointment in the morning. Don't anyone worry though, everything is just fine. I just can't help but be a bit paranoid, and that night paranoia got the best of me. I'm so glad we went though, because not only did they do an NST for me and determined that everything looked great, but I also received a recommendation to see the Perinatologist for an evaluation of the cord to help give us peace of mind.

So, when the hospital called my doctor and explained to him that I was there they agreed to set up the appointment for as soon as possible. We went in Tuesday June 28th and had a complete ultrasound done. They measured her head, brain, heart, kidneys, arms, fingers, legs, girl parts, EVERYTHING!! Plus, they did an evaluation of the cord to make sure that there is proper blood flow. They said everything looks fabulous!! I can't even tell you what relief that brought me. The doctor did mention however, something I already knew,  that even though everything looks good now, unfortuately, it could all change in a matter of seconds. It still gave me a great sense of peace for now though. One of the main reasons for seeing this specialist was to hopefully get a recommendation from him to allow me to deliver our little girl at 38weeks, as long as everything was progressing well and she would be ok if delivered at that time.

So, I can excitedly tell all of you that......the perinatologist said she would be just fine if delivered at 38 weeks, and my doctor agreed that I have already progressed far enough to have a healthy delivery and baby at that time.

Mark your calendars......this will now be the date we are looking forward to so anxiously!! After I saw my doctor on June 30th, he told me that I could very well go into labor at any time now, so I suppose little Madison could come even before then. Trust me, I am working on it.

I have still been going to the gym as much as possible, although this last week I had to stop lifting. The squats were getting a little too uncomfortable. LOL :)  I feel great for being this far along. I can tell though that this time I have progressed a lot further than I did when pregnant with Waylon. I have had a lot of pelvic pain and pressure, tons and tons of contractions, which are now getting pretty strong and some are actually making me nauseous. My back aches, my tooth bleeds, my wart is still hanging on for dear life, my mask is darker than ever, my feet and hands are swelling a bit and I can't stop running to the bathroom. Sorry to all you men reading this, I'm sure you really wanted to know all those details, didn't you. :)

I know women say all the time that they either love or hate being pregnant. For me, I love it, no really.....despite all the aches and pains and strange things that happen to me, I LOVE IT!! I am so grateful to be able to create and grow this little precious being. I never want to forget how truely AMAZING it is to be a mother and feel this little life inside of me. What a blessing.
